  1. Any changes, modifications or fixes to your site will be BILLABLE after 60 Days from the time your web site went live.
  2. All chargeable support work will have a minimum of 1 hour billed.
  3. If you submit a ticket and we do not find any issues, you will be billed a minimum of 1/2 hour work.
